R.H.ROGERS GLOBAL CONSULTING, LLC, starts with its founder and President. He brings over 40 years of management experience in global marketing and consulting; the Federal government health/environmental/climate policy consulting space; corporate line management; and local government senior management. Mr. Rogers is bilingual (English-French), intermediate in Spanish, and has lived in Europe and Africa. As Director of International Business for a U.S. chemical manufacturer, he worked to promote new or existing channel partnerships in forty-two countries spanning five continents. His applied expertise included market research, positioning-penetration strategies, strategic planning, product labeling, branding, digital design, and country risk assessment. He forged new working relationships and developed core business streams in China, India, Turkey, Africa, the Middle East, Mexico, and most countries in South America. He is currently working as a Strategic Communications consultant and, in that capacity, is helping U.S. government leadership teams define a clear path toward an actionable vision for the future.
Mr. Rogers had the distinction of being appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to serve on a Federal Advisory Board as Vice Chair of the D.C.- Maryland District Export Council (DEC). He was appointed to the Advisory Board in 2019 for a two-year term. The District Export Council, Inc. are leaders from local business communities appointed by successive U.S. Secretaries of Commerce because their knowledge of international business provides advice for local firms.
